Got out last night doing a little bank beating and ended up getting this 5 pound clown just a little while after I had caught about a 4lb largemouth. Thought I had a giant bass till I got it on shore and was like what the heck is this haha. Really cool fish and a nice fight. Bait is the Pizz runt wake/shallow crank. Got this while cranking.

For a second I thought your measure mat was a lure package and that the clown knife was the lure. Do you see it? Anywho, nice fish!
Always loved these dudes super cool catch my man. Haven’t looked ina while are they classified as invasive but established & you don’t have to kill them right?
