i kinda figure this is for a multi hook sort of drop rig, i believe it might be for bluegill and other sunfish. the 2 ends are looped, and 1 loop has a swivel on. so assume the swivel attaches to my line, and then i tie on a piece of line to the long end of each of the T things. then a sinker on the bottom loop? assuming it should be used with a bobber, and put worms on the 2 lines off the T's? put a 3rd hook with 1 or 2 of those crimp-on on ball weights around the bottom loop?
what is this rig called?

I don’t know that specific setup, but it’s some variant of a high/low rig.
Line/hooks will go on the “T”s, dropshot style weight on bottom, swivel on your line. You could use a bobber, but they’re fished on the bottom so it’s not needed.
I usually associate them with saltwater fishing, but you definitely could use them for freshwater.
Barrel swivel at the top connects to your main line. You connect your hooks to the spreader bars with a little 8-12” mono leader.
Around here we call those pickerel rigs. You have the basic idea right except it’s used as a bottom rig with no float. The weight sits on the bottom and you keep tension on the line so it stands up somewhat in the water and keeps the bait at different heights. You can tie your own line to the metal T parts or normally those rigs com with pre-tied snelled hooks that you can quickly attach.
