Well for one that setup looks entirely too small.

This is my 5 gallon hospital tank, it’s a bare minimum tank for a betta fish.
How big is this aquarium? It looks extremely tiny.
Did he get a big water change? Kinda seems stressed
The tank is too small and looks empty. The betta is stressed.
