Correct me if I am incorrect but, this isn’t right?
Florida Gulf Coast near Rosemary Beach. They are on a surf bar and casting into another gut. But are they not going to scare fish off? I'm still learning. So any info is appreciated.

Nah. Surf fishing is different. Fish swim all around swimmers and boats. I’ve caught many fish at crowded Gulf Coast beaches.

I wouldn’t do it, I’ve heard stories about fishing like that. Then again, I’m a big pussy when it comes to sharks.

Fish – and other animals – are usually “pushed” out of an area temporarily due to human presence or activity, but never indefinitely and usually not for very long. They typically come back as soon as the perceived “danger” is gone.
