I'm still new to live planted aquariums, so I can't tell if I'm overreacting about this or not.
I ordered some plants from what I think is they will known life plant seller (Aquarium Co-Op) and while I normally get other plants from them that have turned out great, I decided to take a chance in getting Pearl Weed for the first time. The thing is, based on the picture on their website, I feel like I should've gotten more than this or something…
Is this how pearl weed is supposed to look, or is this a baby plant, or is it worth messaging them or asking for a refund or something? I'm not really sure what to do with this now, but I'm not super happy about it. i'm kind of wishfully hoping that it's a baby plant and it'll just grow, instead of some sort of mess up.

That’s a small clump considering how fast they grow.
Give it a couple weeks. It grows pretty fast. Compared to the picture in the potted cup, it looks about right.
That’s normally how they all come unless you buy the L or XL ones. I’ve been fooled too by pictures. It will still grow to that size, just might take a little while.
Esa porción viene generalmente cuando compras con un buen distribuidor, no te preocupes, debe de ser garantía que tienen tallos y raíces sanas; no tendrás problema en su crecimiento solo tienes que ser paciente y esperar lo correspondiente. Todo bien
While that likely will pull thru and survive, I’d be disappointed too. Aquarium Coop stakes its claim on great products and great customer service. Email Candi/customer service, include the picture, be polite, and they will absolutely take care of you quickly.
Their plants are usually great, but every for sure this happens every once in awhile. In my many years of experience, their plants have almost always been great, so I wouldn’t let this sour you on them.
I hope what you’ve got there does pull through because if so you’ll have handfuls of the stuff and won’t know what to do with it all. Great plant for fill, float, and fry hideout. It can be used as foreground/carpet too, but it grows so fast (and i’m too lazy) that keeping it trimmed for that purpose is quite a bit of work.
That 2/5 picture is accurate though. Yours should look like that given time.
