My god that’s some very unfortunate finnage. Poor guy can barely move. That said, please give him a lot more plants and other clutter to rest on! 🙁
He looks healthy otherwise.

I’d lower the filter flow, seems like he’s struggling to swim, with those fins he’ll need lots of resting places and plants so he can rest when his fins are tired
