Looking more like a missing scale but also could just be a little damage where he hit his head on something go back and make sure there’s nothing Sharp in your decor or in your tank! Whatever it is it looks minor but I would definitely keep an eye on it! Add a cattappa leaf for antibacterial properties to help heal.
