Piscifun Alijoz 400… used for a day out of a 7 day musky trip, makes this screaming noise when casting. Retrieves fine and everything else works as it should.
Piscifun sent me a new reel and let me keep this one, want to use it’s a backup if I can fix the noise. TIA!

Have you tried oiling your spool bearings?

I would recommend searching for a replacement set of bearings, I had a similar issue with a 13 Fishing reel and that’s all I had to do

I have a reel with centrifugal brakes that will scream when they get dry. A drop of oil inside the track that the brakes rubs against fixes things up for a few trips until it gets dry again.
Could also be spool bearings like others mentioned
