First time out since adding the trolling motor and fish finder. Anyone have any tips on modifying the tilt lock system to make it easier to unlock when in the water ? Tried using the worm clamp method with a pulley cord but didn't like the way how hard it was to pull it up when coming to shore. Any mods/tips on other trolling motor tilt locks would greatly be appreciated.
