Tank that I’m currently cycling and what the water is at right now! It’s day 4, what a I doing wrong or missing? The ammonia just won’t come down to 0, is it just a matter of time? I also do plan on changing the filter I just didn’t have time this weekend like I had hoped!
I posted a bit ago to add more stuff and I definitely took everyone’s ideas into consideration! I have most of the stuff that people said on the way already!! Just wanted to see about this as well 😊 super excited to be apart of this now!!

Looks great! I know some folks are opposed to it but you can use seachem stability or fritz bacteria to help it out. Or if you don’t want to do it then just some fish flakes an make water changes when you see ammonia that’s supposed to go to nitrites and then nitrates
Hi!!! I went thru a fish in cycle halfway through my normal cycle because I had to take in some fish early (not planned) and mine took me two weeks after doing 25% water change every day, seeded my water with some sponge that I had soaked in an already established tank, and I used Fritzyme 7 as well to spike my nitrite and nitrate. Four days is extremely early still and typically cycling takes a lot longer than mine did. If you have any questions I can tell you anything I went thru!
