Rear mounted trolling motor tiller extended handle recommendations?

I have a rear mounted trolling motor and am looking for a not super expensive extender handle that’s easy to handle.

I bought a cheap one and it already broke at the joint.

Any recommendations? Builds? How to make this easier?
