Creek photo attached, but TLDR I’ve gotten a carp and a bass out of this creek behind my house. But whenever I take my kid fishing it always ends up 2hrs of nibbles. I’m planning on taking kiddo out to a stocked lake to see if we can land a fish for em. But in the meantime I’m trying to get them at least a small panfish or something.
In prior posts I’ve shown lures I’m using and have been doing continuous research into best methods that aren’t too advanced for a kid, including bobber and worm style fishing. Besides lower noise what can I do to really get them at least 1 solid catch before they lose all interest in fishing with dad?
