I'm visiting Hokkaido late October this year, and while I've done a fair bit of scouting on my own, I'd love to meet up with some locals who would be interested in fishing together. I'm a guide myself in Colorado, so I can hold my own, but I love to make friends around the world. I'd be willing to offer the same sort of setup if they'd want to visit Colorado ever.
Also, if you've got any advice, I'm all ears.
