Just wrapped my second trip of the year to East TN. Stimulator and Frenchie dry dropper rig was the ticket for the trip. Biggest fish of the trip came from the smallest creek I fished but that's what I was looking for. Wild bows and endemic brooks were what was brought to hand. The larger bodies of water were less productive trout-wise but netted many darters and hogsuckers. I would also like to thank the guy that was selling this fly combo on eBay for $80 bucks because it had a broken section, you have given me an entry into a lifelong love for this sport. Looking forward to future trips, would like to go to Rockport, TX next year, any recs for guides wade and skiff are much appreciated. Thanks to all.
