Ive been ultralight fishing and wanted to get a medium spinning rod for bass fishing. I originally was gonna get a daiwa tatula xt. I saw that star rods had a bogo sale on their freshwater rods, and since i dont have a baitcaster, I decided to return the daiwa and go with star. I got a 7 foot medium fast action spinning rod and 7 foot moderate action baitcaster. Did i make a good choice and how do you guys feel about star rods?
