I know these are probably the most hated rods on the market and the comments will tear me a new one but so be it. After looking at quite a few rods I ended up with the 12 ft 3.5 lb korda kaizen green rods and a matching spod rod. The first impression is very impressive. Very light rod with a nice full shrink handle and a quick test with a case of beer definitely showed a slightly more forgiving action. I can't wait to try these out on the river soon.
