Captured in the Kern River in California. I had to dive under water to grab my rod because this guy was swimming away with it! The locals absolutely hate these fish and said they just throw them in the bushes instead of eating or releasing them. They are invasive but I only caught one in three days so they must not be THAT invasive. Will smoke it on my pellet grill.
