Went too this creek to see for bass and it’s by a target all I could see was carp. Got corn from target and tried bringing the carp on the bay and it broke the tip of my bass rod lol

Your rod is not allowed to break that clean. It’s a manufacturing error and you should check if you can get a replacement/ refund.
