A lady in the neighborhood called and said her husband passed away a while back and that he had a bunch of "fishing stuff".
I went over to check it out and he had some tying stuff that was pretty well used and I will most likely keep. An old wonder rod, an orvis silver label 5wt tip flex 8'6" 5wt 2pc, a couple of rocky mountain reels and a ton of dry flies.
And several handy mullin dry fly boxes
Also a bunch of bass lures (which was surprising since he had Zero bass fly stuff.
I know I could offer them as a few lots on face book or a subreddit and get a few cents a fly. But if she isn't in a hurry and I was willing put in the effort for her, Is there a way to sell these and get a fair price? Like would a fly shop sell them on contingency? Would eBay be worth it? Something else?
