First time ever picking up a fly rod

Wet my hands before touching.
This was actually my second time even holding the rod, before this I practiced maybe 5 casts in the backyard then went out the next day. Managed to hook up on a little Coastal Cutthroat in my first few casts.

Sadly didn't have a net this trip (I forgot to bring it) so I picked him up for a few seconds, took a pic and immediately released him. Swam off good, the hole I was fishing was maybe 5' deep and you could see him swim back down.
