Caught the two little goofballs in Wollaston bay south of Boston. Shad or maybe big herring? They both put up a great fight stripping a silverside

So much fun! We fish for them in the Rappahannock River in VA. Special shad darts to annoy them. Great fight.

Certainly is! Ive heard some folks here on the American River in Sacramento CA can find them late in the season still in the river. Our run usually kicks off around Mothers day and goes through the hot summer winding down/ ending in sept.
