i am going to use a 6000 spinning reel and a 3m or around 9ft what line should i use 0.40 or 0.30 or use .40 with the .30
as a leader and what hook size to use
i am not aiming to catch a big fish check the comment for the hook

Bro that’s basically an inland sea. The biggest factor to your success is going to be finding the fish, really need to know the spots where the carp congregate and be able to reach them (possibly using a boat). You can’t catch them if they’re literally a mile away

You want the wind in your face as you look out from your swim and the sun hitting the water where you are fishing, that way there will be a good chance carp are there.
