My dad, 8 yo boy and myself built a 6×8 patiowell plastic shed for a day house at the cabin. I'm not seeing much chatter on plastic skid houses so I'll do my best to update as I go through the -40 shit later on this season in central MN (Crosby-Ironton). I got it for 850 from Walmart on a black Friday sale. We put it on green treated 2×6's with 4×4 and cheaper hyfax runners for a otter. I'm hoping to get it out this weekend otherwise I'm headed to Red. I plan to heat it with a little buddy and may have to add some R10 and 2×2's to frame it in. for now I plan on running a strip of 1×4 horizontal to mount rattle wheels and maybe 1 1\4 sheet of plywood for a tv or shelf… ect. The joints will also need to be filled but maybe a big buddy vs a little buddy negates insulation however it'll be frosty inside on those cold days so maybe I try diesle at that point.
