Anyone ever make a sled without a tub. Curious to see what else others have put on there. I custom fabed the skis on this one out of 22 gauge galvanized steel and there’s plastic runners on the bottom. It’s already incredibly light when empty.

Many years ago, used old water skis with half a sheet of ply wood on top.
