Plenty of ice, sitting about 30ft of water, absolutely slammed fish all weekend.
Day 1 had our walleye limit by 11am
Day 2 had our limit by noon
Both days it was hard to keep both lines in the water from all the action we had! Pink and orange were the hot colors for us.
Lots of bonus jumbo perch and some crappies! This is the best year we’ve had, not sure if we’ll ever see this kind of action again. Definitely made up for the poor conditions last year.

A crappie? Were you on the Canada side? I don’t hear of crappie being caught on the Minnesota side basically ever.
