New to fly fishing. Estate sale find- how’d I do? They had 20-30 brand new Loomis custom made rods for 50$ each, ranging from 3-8 weight. Picked up one for myself and one for my dad. (Also bought a dozen bamboo rods for 10$ each).

I purchased a 5-6 wt of the same maker (found in Packwood, WA). It’s a super nice rod so I’m sure you will enjoy it.
