I believe that is a leech… I’ve gotten those before but only when I purchase blackworms from my LPS. You should probably kill it if possible

Probably a snail leech. If so it will eat snails.

Leech. They tend to show up when you get black worms. They’re gross but don’t seem to do much damage, if any. I still get rid of them when I see them though. If you let them go a population will tend to build up and then they’re impossible to get rid of.
