Backstory: Petco sold this guy to me for $12. They told me they had been trearing his lump but it didn't get better. They told me the lump didn't change at all.
Current issue: The lump changed…. I took my eyes off him for less than 5 minutes and it looks like the lump ripped open…. I'm not sure what to do now….
The first 2 images are after the lump ripped open. The 3rd and 4th photos was before.

* **How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?**: tank is brand new. Filter in the tank is at least 1.5 years old. I’ve had the fish for about 48 hours
* **How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?**: water changes, once a week-once every 2 weeks. Taking out about 15-20%.
* **Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each**: no tank mates, he’s quite aggressive
* **What do you feed and how much**: 3-4 mini blood worms in the morning and at night or 4-5 tiny fluval betta bites in morning and at night.
* **Decorations and plants in the tank**: log and live plants with 2 ceramic hides. The log was thoroughly analyzed for sharp points and the ceramic hides have been also been checked.
