Like the title says, I am looking for a recommendation on what sink tip to get for my 8wt single-handed rod. I currently have floating line, but I would prefer not to ball out on a whole spool of intermediate or sinking line. Looking for info on line length and sink rates. Thank you! Usually swing these rivers w/ 2 hander – mid to upper 500 grain shooting head with anywhere from 6-10 ft of T11 – T14 sink tip depending on condition of water and speed. Would probably be pretty similar for a single hand, but still recommend a shooting head to be able to get your line out and swing. On the two-hander rig, only need about 3 to 4 ft of 10-12# mono down to the fly
