I was marking fish the past two weekends and managed 2 bites in 2 trips. I feel like I need to SOMEHOW downsize even further but today I was using a much smaller hook, minnow, sinker on 4lb line and still saw multiple fish come up, and turn around. Sometimes they’re just smarter than us I guess? Or maybe I’m missing a piece of the puzzle on this lake
