Need help identifying this rod. Appears to be 8.5ft and probably an 8wt. Assuming the blanks are fiberglass
Rod was given to me in a pile of old fishing gear. I’ve done a pretty exhaustive search for all versions of S_n zing and not found anything

I was in a similar situation a few months ago. Grandmother in law handed me a pile of old rods and I picked out a few I wanted to keep. Called up the local fly shop to see if they could help me find the line size. They essentially told me to buy a few cheap line in various weights to figure that out since modern fly lines are different from what they used back then.
