    I don’t know exactly how those work but I’d make sure all of the connections are tight. I have the garmin and if my connections aren’t snug the readings can get messed up like this.

  2. Turn the sonar off and back on again.

    Press the power button to get to a quick menu. Toggle the sonar off, wait a few seconds, then toggle it back on.

    A power cycle will do the same thing, it just takes longer.

    Couple options!

    1. Check the wire connections
    2. Transducer not all the way below the waterline
    3. Transducer bottom could be covered in slush
    4. Gain turned down too far
