Fished here for the first time today just looking to scout it out for tomorrow. Caught 3 perch 1 walleye in the couple hours I was out while jigging. I plan to be out from dawn (7:30am) until dusk (4:30) as long as the bite is good. I will be jigging and have 2 tip ups out. I will have waxies along with walleye fat heads.
Where would you target and what would your strategy be to catch some walleyes/crappie/perch during the different parts of the day? *Note that I will be south of the redline on the map, as there is current that makes some sketchy ice above that. TIA!
