What would be a good alternative to this rod tip??

A new rod.
You either find the exact model piece or buy a new one. There is no alternative, good or bad.

If that’s the rod you have, that’s the part you need. You can’t substitute a part from a different model. Even if the ferrule fits, the action will be wrong.

There’s no way to guarantee that any OTHER tip will fit and act like it should. Just keep checking in and when they are in stock, buy two.
