Aquariums: African dwarf frogs lost parts of both of his front arms, what should I do

I noticed the injuries last night after I had clean the tank, he is in a 30 gallon with 5 other African dwarf frogs and 2 clown pelvis, all the parameters in the tank are good and the ADFs and Plecos have lived in my tank with no problems for three years. The white particles in the water are dried blood worms, I fed him and the others some frozen bloodworms as well and he is still eating, should I treat the wounds with anything? He also has a little white spot on his left cheek. His back legs are also fine and he seems to be swimming around a little bit but mostly floating at the top of the tank and resting in a big plant that’s in the tank.
