I set up my Eskimo ice shack today and noticed something wasn’t right, I looked down and saw the poll busted through its insert as shown in the picture. I was wondering if anyone has had this happen to them and what you might have done to fix it?

How handy are you with a needle? If not duck tape fixes everything.
