Suggestion for the best spot on this lake based off the topography. It’s Paudash Lake in Ontario.

The red star is the cottage we are renting, and it’s about 900m (1/2 mile) to the 40ft drop WSW of it. We’re walking out to our spot and fishing with very basic gear (no pop-up shelter or fish finder).

According to Wikipedia: Fish species include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, walleye, lake trout, perch, pumpkinseed, northern cisco, white sucker, and small bait fish of various types.

Any tips on location, tactics or best time of day would be really appreciated.
