
This video is from early October, at my usual spot there was hundreds of these baby eelpout hugging the bank. Wondering if this is normal or if anyone has seen this? Perhaps it’s a spawning ground? I fished this spot all summer and never caught a burbot, but on this specific October night there was legitimately hundreds of them hiding in the rocks right on the shoreline.

Tiny little Burb. Ling are weird fish, anyway. They usually hug the bottom, so I wouldn’t think this is odd.
