
My backup waders (that I usually lend to friends so they can come fishing with me) had the strap break off from the actual waders. They are super cheap so kind of to be expected, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to repair? I only have one sewing needle and it’s not beefy enough to get through the thick wader material. Here is a pic
You can see where the stitching (in an X pattern) used to be on the waders. U guys think it will hold if I put super glue on it and throw it in a vice or clamp it tightly overnight?

Some kind of superglue and grab a sewing needle and thread and hope for the best
