Anyone else do this?
I discovered that if make a whole bunch of fish in one session, it freezes remarkably well.
I bag them up once frozen and they become excellent fare for the air fryer, or s single filet for a fish sandwich.
You can take out what you need, like Tyson chicken nuggets.
