I use just a basic Garmin striker 4, just recently switched to flasher mode. Been catching way more fish ever since.
Will never stoop to the level of using crazy expensive live imaging and sonar ext… basic flasher with a flasher on your rod does wonders

We have kokanee near where I am at too. Fun to fish for when they are biting. Seems like they either are or they aren’t though. Ours are about the same size and are delicious.
You can get an ice fishing camera off Temu for $100 that works great. It’s super fun to watch what’s going on down there. 🙂
