Playa del Carmen shore fishing – how would you fish it?

Wind is supposed to lay down tonight.

It’s about 5’ deep on this side of the jetty

There’s a reef on the left side from shore out to the jetty.

I have some streamers and a 6 wt.

How would you fish it?
