These look like craft store beads, not fly tying beads. If so, you’ll have a hard time getting these on a hook. The larger beads you may be able to thread onto some mono and attach it counterbalanced style.

Craft store beads usually break when placing on the hook or when you fish them. These could make good articulated body beads

If tying larger streamers that use two hooks, a bead or two can go onto the connecting line/wire between the hooks.
