Does anybody know if these reel is saltwater safe? I’m going to Florida soon and am nervous about whether or not it’s saltwater safe. And if it is, is a quick rinse good enough for cleaning it?

Been using two of them inshore since December without issues. I do rinse them after every trip.

It’s not sealed so it’s not “saltwater proof” but you’ll probably be fine. Give it a rinse after each trip with fresh water. After the trip, open it up and clean it out. Reapply the grease and lube and you should be good. Last thing you want is salt getting mixed in the grease around your main gear.
