At first I thought it was a white scale and I just noticed it protruding out today (if it is a tumer and growing It's probably not benign) It's not a fungle or bacteria as far as I'm aware. I don't have any clue on how to set up his rank to make sure that I'd this grows and effects his swimming to give him the best life.
