Looks like an egg spot to me, which means your betta’s a girl not a boy, and it won’t usually go away lol

use a filter that has a portion for protein skimming, but considering you have floating plants, you’re probably just going to have to live with the biofilm unless you coral them.

For the biofilm, you could see if your betta can cohabitate with some neocardina shrimp. They’re fun to watch and they eat biofilm.
Many bettas like to hunt and eat shrimp though.
