I was on a trip and picked this rod up at an antique store. I know it’s not an antique but I can’t find anything on the internet for Boomer Rods. Does anyone know anything about them? It’s a 2 piece 8’9” they came with a sock and nice case.

Never heard of them. I would presume they are from someone making rods off factory blanks. The handwritten info points that way.
Some “custom rod builder” out there. Chances are you’ll never know m ore than you do now.
