I am very ashamed of myself, but I have no other choice than to ask here.
I have extremely dirty tank, see the pics. I had tried cleaning it up whole, the dirt came back right after. Tried changing only half of the water, didn’t help. Tried letting it stabilazing itself on its own, still dirty. Tried this and that, nothing worked. Only turning off the filters makes the dirt go down to the bottom. Please, give me some advice, because I am so scared for my little turtle.

I am using special chemicals for tank water (such as water conditioner, anti-algae etc.)

what size is the tank? Even if your tank is cycled it might be too small to handle the bio load of a turtle, that’s why your tank is cloudy.
