Hi, my female Betta just seems to be always sleeping now. She has what seems like scratches on her body. Also is this white spot? It was on her 2 weeks ago and I treated my tank for white spot and now it has come back.
This is a community tank with 2 additional female Betta. Other than the occasional flaring they all seem to get along fine.

I think there was an issue attaching the picture so here it is again?

Your little one looks pretty worn out. Is it just in the pictures, or do the scales look swollen? 😢
her fins look very bad, like someone is always biting them. she is probably fighting with the other bettas, but it can be neons too. you need to separate her from other fish and treat her fins. they can get infected and turn into fin rot. your betta is already lethargic, which means she is definitely not okay
She’s getting brutalized by the other females. 3 bettas is not an appropriate sorority. Please answer the automod questions.
Edit: I don’t see the automod comment but please share the size of the tank and your water parameters. Also temperature, if there’s a filter, and how your water change process is.
Edit 2: what other fish are in there, if any?
I’m sorry, but this sorority is not working. Unfortunately, it’s why sororities are so controversial. It’s rare to keep a good one.
She looks absolutely brutalized. If it’s not the other Bettas, it’s the neons. Her fins look like they’ve been nipped, and she looks as if the other Bettas are definitely fighting her.
The white spots look like either Ich or Epistylis, but I’m leaning more towards Ich?
For the sake of the Betta, please disband the sorority. Remove her to a separate tank, do Ich treatment like Ich X, and aquarium salts for her fins with frequent water changes to keep up water quality and prevent infections.
Stressed Betta’s immune systems will make them more prone to illnesses, and she seems very, very stressed.
