i have a recused betta, whom used to live in a vase and now has a lavish large 20 gallon tall tank- i am wondering what to do cuz i dont want to have him struggle his days out due to his swim bladder but if there is a way to ease it, i will do it. but a lot of ppl have been sayin that usually this is a sign ur old betta is on their way out. idk what to do but dont wanna see my boy suffer (cute pic attached b4 he was like this :/ )

    I’m not sure how much swim bladder may affect your fish, I haven’t heard of any ways to ease any sort of illness in fish unfortunately. Me personally I would have to put it down.

    The decision is up to you and what you think is best.

    Depends on how bad the case of swim bladder is that you have, you could try a few different remedies to help him. And do you feel as if treatment could help him? If this were me, depending on how severe it is I would go she was and euthanize. As sad as it is, I’m the type of person that can’t stand to see animals suffer.
